A leading trading company is currently inviting a DIRECTOR OF SALES DEVELOPMENT for the Baltic states to join its team.
Job description and responsibilities
- Development, organization, and monitoring of strategic sales plans;
- Organization and optimization of wholesale and retail trade in the Baltic States to achieve set goals;
- Expansion of export directions, search for new markets, and development of existing ones;
- Expansion of service assortment and improvement of service quality;
- Formation, execution, and optimization of sales budgets;
- Team development, engagement and motivation.
Requirements
- Higher education in marketing, commerce, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience in sales, trade, or business development spheres;
- Very good knowledge of english (oral and written), russian - an advantage;
- Strategic thinking, leadership, experience in leading large teams;
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
