Scrum Master will be aiming to provide great internal customer experience, make the best use of IT resources and capabilities available and contribute to building competitive advantages for Luminor through effective delivery process.

We are looking for one Scrum Master for each area:

  • Lending area
  • Daily Banking area
  • Business Support area

 

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure team efficiency: work closely with squad lead, product owners, developers, infra SMEs and other stakeholders to optimize team efficiency, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative working environment. Ensure that the team follows established processes and procedures, focusing on compliance with the Agile (Scrum) framework
  • Facilitate Scrum events: facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, Sprint planning sessions)
  • Ensure high quality of documentation: be responsible for JIRA quality assurance (quality of user stories, content of a backlog, user story statuses etc.), providing guidance to the team for improvements
  • Remove obstacles: identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality products within the sprint timelines
  • Coach and mentor: coach team members fostering self-organization, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Promote best practices of Scum and Agile: promote Scrum/Agile environment and seek for the improvements in the existing processes in order to move closer towards Scrum and and Agile environment
  • Resource management: manage existing resources; help with new hires; renewal of staffing requests within the team
  • Release notes: facilitate preparation of release notes and communicate with release management to ensure smooth delivery process within organization
  • Facilitate communication: facilitate communication and transparency within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about development goals, progress, and impediments

 

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development team
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of IT development life-cycle
  • Practical experience, competence or knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Change management agility
  • Orientation to results
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
