As a Head of Marketing you will be part of the leadership team and play a key role in setting and executing the marketing strategy for our company group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiating, executing, and overseeing marketing projects for the company group of companies;
Shaping the image of the company group and representing the group, increasing brand awareness;
Organizing social media communication projects;
Creating newsletters for internal and external audiences;
Graphic design and layout;
Website maintenance and administration;
Working with external partners/agencies on SEO services, copywriting, and graphic design matters;
Monitoring market needs, trends, and changes, generating new ideas;
Performing marketing tasks for the company group.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Higher education (a background in marketing, communications, or business management would be advantageous);
2+ years of experience in marketing or communication fields;
Experience working in an international and multicultural company (considered an advantage);
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language;
Knowledge of graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva);
Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);
Practice of internal communication and newsletter creation (considered an advantage);
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
