What we expect from you
- Higher education or equivalent in information technology management (preferred) or similar
- Experience in public procurement is an advantage
- Experience in document preparation, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking, good time management skills, results orientation
- Fluent English (at least B2 level) -advantage
What you will do
- Analyze qualification requirements (experience and competencies) for specialists chosen in public procurement projects
- Form specialist teams in line with competition criteria
- Gather, prepare, update, and coordinate information and documents regarding specialists' qualifications and experience with colleagues from various departments
- Manage and update the certificate database
- Identify the demand for new specialists
