OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY 1-2 YEARS JOB)

Job description:

  • Greet and register company's visitors.
  • Checking and administering documentation, preparing reports;
  • Superintending company’s correspondence and dealing with telephone calls;
  • Assisting to the managers and other colleagues;
  • Office supply purchasing;
  • Organizing office daily matters;
  • Other general administrative and organisational duties.

Requirements:

  • Similar work experience;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Positive attitude and approach to challenges;
  • Able to process information in a short period of time;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment;
  • Strong implementation skills;
  • Time management and prioritization skills;
  • Very good English and Lithuanian skills;
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
