We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager for our construction material store in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and oversee the ordering and receiving of construction materials.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize inventory turnover.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Financial Management: Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and work towards achieving sales targets and budgetary goals.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 3 years as a store manager (construction or related industry).
Experience of cooperation with architects, designers and/or plumbers.
Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory management, strong understanding of construction materials and processes.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions, resolve issues, and adapt to changing situations.
Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
