Professional experience and skills:

2-3 years experience in Social Media area
Knowledge of functionality and algorithms of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Basic knowledge of the functionality of the META Ads Manager, experience in work with it
Active monitoring of local trends in social networks in Baltics, successful implementation cases
Experience in influence marketing
Creativity, being able to avoid patterns
Knowledge of Canva (will be an advantage)
Strong writing skills (ability to write quickly, grammatically, stylistically correct, and competently in different styles)
Video making skills (mobile)
Knowledge of languages: Lithuanian native/proficient, English - fluent, Russian - will be an advantage.
Skills in developing promo plans, advertising campaigns and experience in using another creative tools (masks, gifs, giveaways etc.) to promote brand and its products
Successful cases of brand promotion in social networks.

In this role you will be responsible for:

SMM strategy adaptation and implementation in accordance with the brand marketing strategy in Baltics
Constant analysis of the market and competitors
Preparation of daily posts and stories for social networks and creation of situational content (making videos for Reels and TikTok)
Organization and holding of contests on social networks, including writing texts and translation, adaptation of ready-made texts
Cooperation with influencers if needed.
Pages moderation together with the team
Preparation of reports and analytics of completed work, and recommendations for further work, on the request.
