Responsibilities:

Partner with our business to define areas of functional need and translate those needs into requirements for project execution focusing on Order-to-Cash
Responsible for analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business processes and the software applications that support business processes
Possess a deep ERP application knowledge in the SAP OTC functional areas: Order-to-Cash, Logistics and Warehouse Management, Sales Incentive and Business Intelligence Reporting
Translate business requirements, functional designs and business scenarios into comprehensive test plans
Perform detailed unit testing to assure technical design meets functional requirements
Develop documentation related to business process design including high level business process overviews, detailed functional specifications, and visual aids such as business process flows
Perform training of business counterparts related to implementation of new business processes
Apply business intelligence tools to ad hoc analysis of business processes issues and on-going business process monitoring and control

Requirements:

Number Of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8
BS/BA, or equivalent business experience in a business related discipline
MBA or advanced degree desirable
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related business function
A minimumo of 5 years of experience in process analysis and design with SAP (or another comparable ERP Package)
Strong expertise in desktop applications essential to the position including Visio for process flow diagrams, Excel and/or Access for large scale data analysis
Have in-depth knowledge of processes within at least one business function Order-to-Cash
Strong analytical skills to identify business needs, formulate viable alternative solutions
Fluency in English is required
