Job description
- Responsible for month end close process.
- Oversee and control balance sheet reconciliations, ensure accurate reporting to the group, analyze variances, and determine reasons for fluctuations.
- Participate in the processes of monitoring the preparation and execution of the company's short-term and long-term financial plans.
- Advise the company's employees on issues in the field of finance and accounting.
- Participation in budget forecasting.
- Annual report preparation.
- Work with continuous improvements in Business controlling area.
- Provide support in preparing documents required by the internal and external auditors.
- Ensure quality of financial information for Business decision making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial/Business Controller role (or a senior finance specialist with at least the last 2 years in a Financial Controller role).
- Experience working with international companies, IFRS knowledge.
- Ability to travel (once a month/once a quarter).
- Fluent English.
