Core responsibilities:

• Hands-on work in content writing and task delegation
• Work with email marketing content, advertorials and SEO content - both hands on and overseeing strategies
• Creating short and long-term content strategy for our email marketing strategies
• 1on1 with writers, working towards their improvement (e.g., competency leveling up)
• Close communication with the e-commerce category CMO
• Close partnerships and established ways of working with SEO, acquisition, creative, marketing, soc. media, PR, and other related departments

Get ready to

• Work at the key department at Kilo Health – e-commerce
  
• Manage and delegate tasks between yourself and copywriters
  
• Deliver engaging content, set deadlines, check the quality, and edit when necessary
  
• Cover ad hoc copy tasks for a wide range of channels: sales funnels, advertorials, video scripts, social media posts, etc.
  
• Research and gather additional information to quickly learn a new topic
  
• See projects through the whole creative lifecycle, from inception to completion
  
• Work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
  
• Lead copywriters on the team regarding their work quality and competencies
  

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content management, creative strategy, and/or content strategy
  
• Have previous experience in particularly conversion copywriting
  
• Have almost native-level English. Youll primarily be working with the US market
  
• Have advanced creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually
  
• Be able to switch between writing styles and formats to meet the needs of different projects
  
• Work well independently and in a team
  
• Have previous experience in leading people
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500 - 4100 EUR/month.
