Do You want to be part of Ignitis grupės paslaugų centras ?
We are looking for a colleague to join us as a Compensation Partner for Ignitis Group. Together with the team you will develop Groups remuneration policies in alignment with general company policies, tailor standards and general practices to fit specific needs of the Group.
Your key areas of responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure implementation of total remuneration policies according to the Business strategy and market trends.
- Support managers on compensation related issues.
- Oversee the distribution of pay.
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
- Understand the changing needs of the business and drive the field of responsibility accordingly.
- Plan, execute the budget needed to ensure the smooth activities of area of the responsibilities.
We expect that You
- Have at least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits area. Experience in international contexts would be considered as an advantage.
- Have proven experience in HR and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Are able to conceptualize and build short- and long-term solutions;
- Have the ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Are self-driven, result-oriented and curious.
