Senior Test Engineer

We combine our expertise to solve complex challenges. We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Own, drive, and improve the testing process within a development team following Agile methodology.

• Design, create, run, and maintain manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests.

• Share knowledge and know-how inside and outside the team.

• Mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in multi-tier web-based applications.

• Experience in testing within Agile development at a scale. Previous work experience in multi-team environments, and close collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients are expected.

• Having hands-on experience in test automation.

• Bug prevention and fail-fast mindset.

• Mindset for knowledge sharing.

• Proven analytical ability, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

• Fluent communication in English.

Other desirable skills:

• Having hands-on experience or a good understanding of performance, security usability, and accessibility testing.

The salary range for this position is from 3375 EUR to 5625 EUR gross before taxes.

The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
