  • POS terminal and transfer document preparation;
  •  Efficient route planning for daily task completion;
  • Contacting customers via phone to resolve all inquiries that could be resolved remotely;
  • On site POS terminal installations, maintenance and Merchant trainings;
  • Task completion within set deadlines.

 Basic requirements:

  • B category driving license; 
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service;
  • Lithuanian and Russian speaking skills;
  • Preference for candidates with IT knowledge, as well as work experience in maintenance of POS terminal and/or cash register systems.
