Job description
- Collaborate with hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Guide and advise hiring managers throughout the selection process, providing insights and recommendations based on candidate assessments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, proactively adjusting recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and practices, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
