Job description

Collaborate with hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, attract, and engage top-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Guide and advise hiring managers throughout the selection process, providing insights and recommendations based on candidate assessments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, proactively adjusting recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and practices, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
