Accounts Receivable Specialist

We believe in your ability to make it happen - optimal processing of credit management, billing and collection. This will include:

Requesting and monitoring of credit limits
Supporting the month-end closing and billing activities
(Pro)active monitoring and coordinating that billing incidents are resolved as soon as possible
Manual calculation of discounts for large customers with a tailored offering
Maintaining contacts with debtors regarding outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collection
Making payment arrangements where necessary
Solving payment disputes and providing cash collection services to our pre-wholesale customers
Giving insights via data analysis (including cash forecast)
Conducting monthly internal controls (including initiating improvements and annual testing of the controls in our Archer system) as well as supporting with internal and external audits.

2 years of experience in administrative roles. Some experience in Accounts Receivable, Data Analytics or Billing or first insights into FPA preferred.
Strong communication skills (in English) and customer mindset
Good experience with Excel and knowledge of financial modules
Goal-oriented problem-solver mentality we would love for you to make suggestions for continuous improvement
Ability to set effective priorities.
