Role Responsibilities

  • Managing data-based solutions to ensure Digital Payment products and processes are working as expected.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing products and processes.

  • Exploring new tools and systems to improve Digital Payments products acceptance across the Globe.

  • Optimizing payment performance.

  • Actively working with the project management team to complete detailed business requirements, assess the impacts of projects, and ensure key tasks are incorporated into project plans. Engage in project releases and user acceptance testing.

  • Leading projects to identify control gaps and support continuous process improvement.

  • Closely working with vendors in resolving day-to-day data/reporting issues and supporting strategic initiatives.

  • Completing team training and ensuring processes are compliant and auditable.

  • Working in a multicultural environment across different regions flexible working hours to accommodate meetings and calls.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in statistics, math, software engineering, computer science, or similar others.

  • 3-5 years of experience with product management.

  • Good understanding of the Digital Payments Landscape.

  • Experience in leading Project or Product development teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with many departments and levels of management.

  • Proven ability to effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle stringent deadlines.

  • Ability to develop and document business requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills are required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.

  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools would be a plus.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 3425 5458 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
