Job description
- Own the candidate sourcing, prescreening, assessing, interviewing, and evaluation cycle for each opening;
- Support, maintain contact, and provide feedback to candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment cycle;
- Support and guide managers through all the different stages of people management, from recruitment and onboarding to training processes;
- Manage talent pools and employee development and competency processes;
- Monitor employees' training, create training materials, presentations, evaluation tests, and work with the electronic learning system;
- Participate in the creation of an employee motivation system;
- Actively participate in the implementation of various people-related projects and initiatives;
- Establish a strong organizational culture and promote inspirational leadership by demonstrating the company's values and encouraging effective leadership practices.
Requirements
- 3 years work experience in the field of human resource field (experience in international company would be an advantage);
- University degree;
- Have great communication, ownership and project management skills and experience;
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Be responsible, proactive, creative, able to work in dynamic, fast evolving environment with a positive can do attitude;
- Ability to communicate in English.
