Job description
- Ensure the timely production and delivery of parts and products to meet customer requirements and maximize profitability.
- Implement quality strategies to improve processes, reduce complaints, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage investment and cost budgets, and personnel capacities to achieve target requirements and ensure profitability.
- Provide resources, including staff, technologies, and systems, to optimize production and remain competitive in the market.
- Deploy employees effectively and provide guidance and support to ensure task fulfillment.
- Guide and support employees in their function-related tasks.
- Manage the hiring process, team performance, and evaluation, while maintaining qualification standards.
- Foster a culture of trust and control effectiveness, selecting, developing, and promoting employees to achieve department targets.
- Implement the Continual Improvement Process (CIP) to enhance competitiveness and drive permanent improvement.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 5+ years in a similar role as a Plant Manager or Production Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Very good knowledge of English.
