Ideally you have a proven track record with solid experiences in an international production setup. We imagine you having the majority of following qualifications and competences: 

• Strong focus on provide our customers with maximum service and at the same time optimizing the factory to maximum efficiency  
• Bachelors Degree in production management, planning, business Management, Supply Chain or similar technical education 
• Minimum 3-4 years of significant practical experience as a production Planner 
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competences to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 
• Structured and systematic approach 
• Experience with larger ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX 
• Good general technical understanding (drawings, BOMs, routes and work centers) 
• Service minded, also on busy days 
• Great English skills, both speaking and writing
