Job description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address bugs and resolve tickets promptly and efficiently;
  • Develop new functionalities and maintain existing ones for the ServiceNow application, with a primary focus on the CSM module;
  • Adhere to established Road Maps, which outline the development plans for the next three years;
  • Work in agile sprints to deliver quality results within specified timelines.

Requirements

  • Experience of developing in CSM/ITSM modules;
  • Experience with Rest API;
  • Takes initiative and drives things to make them happen, proactive, self-driven;
  • Team-player always ready to share knowledge and add value to reach common goals;
  • Communicative, excellent English spoken and written, able to describe complexity in a simplified way;
  • Agile experience would be considered an advantage, but not a must-have;
  • On-premise experience would be considered an advantage, but not a must-have.
