Job description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address bugs and resolve tickets promptly and efficiently;
- Develop new functionalities and maintain existing ones for the ServiceNow application, with a primary focus on the CSM module;
- Adhere to established Road Maps, which outline the development plans for the next three years;
- Work in agile sprints to deliver quality results within specified timelines.
Requirements
- Experience of developing in CSM/ITSM modules;
- Experience with Rest API;
- Takes initiative and drives things to make them happen, proactive, self-driven;
- Team-player always ready to share knowledge and add value to reach common goals;
- Communicative, excellent English spoken and written, able to describe complexity in a simplified way;
- Agile experience would be considered an advantage, but not a must-have;
- On-premise experience would be considered an advantage, but not a must-have.
