We are looking for a DATA ANALYST to play a key role for data-driven business decisions with focus on data management roadmap implementation and supporting Gren growth strategy.
Your key responsibility areas include:
- Analyzing data using statistical and analytical techniques
- Creating reports, dashboards, and other visualizations on data to provide insights to management and business leaders in support of decision-making efforts
- Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems
- Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining data systems
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
- Coaching, supporting employees, and providing training on how to use PowerBI for report creation
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
Desired experience and skills:
- 3 years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database management; data integration
- Experience with PowerBI or a very good understanding of other visualisation tools is a must
- Highly self-driven, execution-focused with a willingness to do what it takes to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of demand on data integration
- Must be able to work cross-functionally, cross-country, and independently. Above all must be equal parts data-driven and results driven
- A good communicator who can present complex topics clearly and persuasively to different audiences
- Advanced English skills both oral and written
- A strong advantage would be if you have experience in Energy and Utilities industry
