The acquired companies arereorganized and adjusted to the Group activity model and standards, thus graduallyimproving the service quality, and enhancing profitability. 

• As a Contact Center System Analyst, you will: 
• Administer, configure, and maintain contact center (Avaya Aura) systems andsettings.
• Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Contact Center Platform and consultcolleagues on system usage.
• Collaborate with the system provider. 
• Manage and configure system updates and changes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports based on data analysis findings andrecommendations.

What you'll need: 

• +2 years of work experience in a similar role/IT field.
• Experience with contact center systems (Avaya - preferred, Genesys, Tellq, orothers).
• SQL databases knowledge and practical experience.
• Data analysis knowledge and experience.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian skills, both verbal and written. 
• Eager to learn and develop and result-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment would be anadvantage.
