Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Head of West Europe Sales Group to join our growing West Europe team in Vilnius, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

  • Lead, coach and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Energy    
  • Create and implement sales strategy for the dedicated region     
  • Analyze all sales activities, support, and develop the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization     
  • Recruit sales team and participate in the selection process   
  • Organize and conduct training for local sales teams   
  • Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold-calling, email, and social media 
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers 
  • Coordinate technical inquiries   


  • Fluent English (both oral and written) - this will be the primary working language    
  • At least 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of success    
  • At least 1 years of team management and leadership experience    
  • Leadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindset    
  • Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently    
  • Results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it




The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~3020 Eur ~3700 Eur) pre-tax, with the attractive performance bonus package based on your results and sales growth.*

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
