Talent Acquisition Partner

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for business & operations positions to ensure the quality and quantity of candidates
• Utilize a variety of recruiting channels to identify and attract necessary competences
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage candidates experience through professional interviews, timely feedback and offer submission process
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (SAP Success Factors)
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques

Our expectations

• 3 years of experience in a recruiting position and/ or Human Resources
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible working style, good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle high-pressure situations calmly and methodically
• Good written and spoken English
• BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field
