What you will be doing

Under general direction of the Global Manager of Human Resources Technology (HR Technology), this position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of multiple Human Resources systems supported by the HR Technology department including but not limited to LMS, LLXP, Case Management, and the SharePoint HR Portal technology. This role will be responsible for the overall upkeep of these systems and will ensure agreed SLAs are upheld. This role will serve as the project lead for any initiatives involving these systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as Systems Administrator for HR technology, including HRMS, LMS, LXP, Talent Management and HR Portal technology (problem solve and diagnosis issues, case management, knowledge management) by addressing system issues and enhancing system functionality.
Provides User Support for associates across the enterprise (North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and Case Management Tools. Identifies requirements, resolves issues, provides user direction on system functionality, and escalates more complex issues in compliance with defined SLAs.
Supports Center of Excellence project work and configuration changes/enhancements in Workday, myHR Portal, Learn Upon, Kronos, ServiceNow, and other HR technologies.
Develops and manages HR Technology system configurations, HTML page configurations, foundational data definitions, the accuracy of associate and system configuration settings, process documentation and integration and release testing.
Utilize HTML code designs, enhances, tests and updates underlying code for internal HR SharePoint Portal site and other landing pages to update content and enhance usability.
Maintain a process of continuous review, feedback and action to spot areas of opportunity, including the creation of SOPs and scripts to automate repetitive tasks if possible.
Assists with review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and/or patches and fixes. Upload SCORM modules to LMS (Learn Upon).
Interfaces directly with the vendor help desks to raise, troubleshoot and resolve system issues at the enterprise level and monitors and responds to support mailboxes (e.g., Degreed Zen desk).
Makes corrections and updates security profiles in accordance with policy and is responsible for user audits and SOX compliance for assigned systems & domains. Performs system maintenance and data integrity activities including system audits, annual system data cleanups, and review of user accounts (associate, customer and contractors) and security audience maintenance.
Utilizes reporting tools, Case Management, Learn Upon, and Workday reporting tools to run reports for managers, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Shared Services and internal other customers upon request. Pull completion reports to support business needs and requests.
Assist HR Technology Engineers with testing, design, and error resolution on integration feeds for assigned systems.
All other duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelors Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Normally requires a minimum of 1-3 years directly related and progressively responsible experience with HR Technology platforms and systems including system administrator responsibilities.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, applicant tracking, SharePoint and Case Management systems are required.
Experience with web design applications preferred.
Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. Resolves user log-in issues, content launching issues, completion issues.
Ability to lead a group or project and initiate change.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with global diverse teams.
Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
