Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a Monetization Manager to join the World of Tanks Blitz team. In this role, you will prepare an in-game content sales plan, create algorithms for primary monetization and personalized offers, perform A/B testing of monetization campaigns, analyze player payment behavior, prepare customer demand forecasts, and solve many other interesting and challenging tasks involving a high level of responsibility.
Monetization is at the heart of the product. We are seeking a talented professional to join our small and friendly team and help take it to new heights.
What will you do?
- Create an operational sales plan for in-game content
- Create personalized offers that consider the payment behaviors of specific audience segments
- Organize A/B testing of monetization offers and mechanics with subsequent assessment of their effectiveness
- Assign tasks to, and cooperate with external departments, and prepare items for sale in the online Premium Shop
- Work closely with Game Store, Content, Creative Media, Analytics, and Development teams
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize the effectiveness of sold content
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years' experience in a Monetization Manager/Game Designer/Game Balance Designer/Analyst/LiveOps role or other similar roles
- Experience in organizing and supporting A/B testing, assessing effectiveness, and subsequently implementing the results into an operational sales plan
- Experience in creating a sales plan for in-game content within both common monetization and personalized campaigns
- Knowledge and understanding of primary monetization metrics and KPIs used in mobile analytics
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Great Excel skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience in playing any of our titles: World of Tanks, World of Warships, or World of Tanks Blitz (having researched vehicles of Tier X or higher)
- Experience in playing mobile games
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work with a large amount of information.
The salary range for this position is 3300 - 4150 € (gross) per month. Note that this salary range is valid for Lithuania, for other locations it might be different.
