Team/Department
We are looking for passionate individuals interested in building their career in Relationship Management and Commercial function at Moodys. This role is an ideal position for recent graduates and up to 3 years post graduate experience.
Role/Responsibilites
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups
- Complete sales process admin; manage and update relationship management systems and tools.
- Research and market intelligence
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
- Assist with customer enquiries and engagement related matters
- Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams
- Contribute to projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns
- Promote ESG offering by combining the success of Moodys as a credit rating agency with the expertise built in the rapidly growing sustainable finance market
Qualifications
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Fluent in English and good level French necessary
- Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role is an advantage
- Strong digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
- Self-motived and proactive approach
- Flexible, resourceful with problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and able to handle competing priorities under timelines
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team
