We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Engage in communication with partners and suppliers from all around the world, organizing and facilitating a smooth procurement process for Flight  Simulation Training Device components.
• Lead negotiations and contract agreements with partners and suppliers.
• Prepare commercial proposals.
• Search for new supply opportunities
• Coordinate the transportation of products to buyers.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to the procurement process.
• Collaborating with simulation equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of simulator components and spare parts.
• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key vendors to optimize the procurement process and enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Analyzing and forecasting demand for simulator components to facilitate efficient inventory management.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Managing the logistics and transportation of simulators and their components to various locations worldwide.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications for simulator components.
• Work according to approved company processes
• Working with companys IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth supply chain process.
• Participation in daily meetings based on Lean principles
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the companys strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

We dream about a team member who:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has more than two years of experience in related field
• Has good  skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership
• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once
• Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise
• Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level
