• Writing clean, well-designed code
• Managing the website architecture
• Monitoring the performance of the live websites
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and assigned targets
• Working with designers and project leaders to deliver on user requirements
• Work according to approved company processes
• Working with the companys IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth process.
• Participation in daily meetings based on Lean principles
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the companys strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager

We dream about a team member who:

• Has demonstrable knowledge of WordPress, 1+ years of experience
• Is experienced with WordPress website speed optimization
• Has good understanding and ability to solve user interface problems (HTML, CSS or SASS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax)
• Knows how to generate ideas and work independently
• Has knowledge of working with debugging tools in different browsers
• Has knowledge of Git versioning like Bitbucket (nice to have) 
• Has knowledge of libraries like Bootstrap or Tailwind (would be a plus) 
• Proficiency in customizing, developing, and integrating WordPress themes
• Has excellent  skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership
• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once
• Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise
• Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level
• Is flexible with good time management skills
• Has respectful and positive attitude
• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life
