Your day-to-day:
- Ensure existing contract information remains accurate and up to date for billing over the contract duration - including initiating change orders, and renewing or canceling existing contracts in the system when requested by the Account Management and Sales team for the client and in accordance with the client contract terms.
- Maintain correspondence with and good flow of information between relevant members of the Sales team, the Client Support team, and clients regarding billing and contract changes.
- Generate, edit invoices as per Account Management/Sales team request.
- Complete Vendor Information forms as required by client.
- Provide documentation at client request.
- Make various and consistent updates to client accounts in SalesForce.
- Prepare monthly SalesForce reports for various purposes, including sales data uploading to Navision.
- Debt control regarding the outstanding invoices, direct communication with debtors as well as communication alongside debt collection agencies.
- Provide documentation and debtor's data to debt collection agencies.
Your skills & experience:
- Highly proficient with using different billing systems (basic knowledge within SalesForce), Microsoft Dynamics - Navision, Microsoft programs. PowerBI knowledge would be a plus.
- Some experience in customer service, communication within a team environment.
- Self-discipline, the ability to work on your own and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize the workload in an Agile manner.
- Capable of communicating in a highly professional manner in both written and verbal formats with clients and different Oxylabs teams.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills.
- Basic understanding of service contract terms and conditions would be a plus.
- Positive, professional and highly motivated, also tremendously attentive to details.
