Currently, we are inviting a Human Resources Manager to join our friendly, supportive, competent HRD team in Vilnius, Lithuania. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Actively search for candidates using various ways of attracting talent: social networks, job search portals, databases, etc;
- Coordinate and implement the entire selection process;
- Coordinate the adapt process of new employees;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and expectations;
- Ensure a positive experience of candidates and managers throughout the selection process;
- Demonstrate values-based communication and contribute to the creation of the internal company culture and employee education;
- Daily communicate with employees during internal meetings with HR.
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- Have at least 1 year of successful experience in recruitment;
- Have excellent English language skills (both spoken and written);
- Have positivity, flexibility and adaptability to the needs of managers and the organization;
- Have proactive mindset and professional approach to work;
- Are helpful and problem-solving person;
- Understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems would be beneficial.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractivecompensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is 12 Eur/h - 16 Eur/h (~1980 Eur - 2650 Eur) pre-tax.
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
