If You have:

• University degree in Finance/Economics or Business Administration,
• 5+ years job experience in a similar position within finance management,
• Ability to be a top-class provider of commercial acumen and business insight,
• Strong personality with developed collaboration, communication and influencing skills, analytical ability, and proactive approach,
• Forward looking structured mind-set for results analysis and finding solutions to restore planned performance in case of deviations,
• Ability to perform in a matrix environment,
• Excellent English language skills.

We will entrust You:

• Take an active part and contribute to the creation and coordination of company's long term strategic plan, based on the financial matters for business development,
• Be responsible and coordinate Annual Target and Rolling Forecast process for Rimi Lithuania,
• Prepare investment proposals (P&L, Cash Flow) and post-investment appraisals related to store network
• Be business partner for Country Managing Director and the Lithuanian Management Team in financial and business decisions,
• Work closely with other controllers to develop and simplify all controlling processes, actively suggest ideas for improvement,
• Ensure that Rimi Lithuania's management is provided with high quality and timely financial reports and business insights.
