As a Legal Advisor you will be responsible for drafting and presenting Banks position in the divorce court cases  and Extracting forms from the portal of relevant documents/ information that is required to prepare Bank position and decision to the court and/or customers.

What You Will Do:

•  Draft and present Banks position in the divorce court cases 
• Work with E-Courts portal
• Thoroughly monitor incoming notifications for the bank regarding started divorces cases where the bank is involved 
• Extraction from the portal of relevant documents and information that is required to prepare Bank position and decision to the court and/or customers
• Timely prepare and upload needed responses with following documentation to the portal based on court requests
• Follow up and act accordingly in the open divorce cases until case is fully solved
• Represent Bank in the Court upon the need
• Ensure excellent customer service in communication with Banks customers regarding their divorce cases - provide consultations by remote channels (recorded phone calls, emails, IB, etc.) within Luminor customer service standards and procedures
• Provide legal support in preparing the relevant transaction documents related with retail lending
• Contribute with legal support to improve efficiency of the processes of post sales activities 
• Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in pan-Baltic team.

What We Expect: 

•  Finished degree in Legal area
• Good knowledge of lending area
• Good knowledge and previous 2 year experience in in a legal profession 
• Business oriented outlook when dealing with legal problematics
• Creativity in solving complex issues
• Initiative and ability to learn quickly new tasks
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Analytical and critical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
• Skill to explain complex matters in simple language.
•  Fluency in English and local language is required in spoken and written communication.
