Your future role will include:

• Lead and oversee accounting and financial control function across Group of companies in the Baltics, Cyprus and Netherlands.

• Supervise and ensure the compliance with local financial and accounting processes (the processes include the statutory and management accounting, year-end Group and statutory reporting and local tax and other official reporting and etc.).

• Be responsible for the budgeting, estimating and monthly reporting as agreed with the Group management.

• Be responsible for the daily cash management, cash flow estimates and cash planning as well as customer credit controls.

• Ensure that proper internal controls are in place and followed.

• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support/consult the MD and local management team of decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimization and automatization of financial accounting, reporting and control procedures.

• Oversee external audit of the Group.

• Mentor and develop Group finance team, fostering a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• More than 2 years of experience in managing group accounting and business controlling functions.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, with expertise in Lithuanian GAAP (IFRS accounting standards considered a plus).

• Proficiency in using ERP systems (experience with BSS ERP is a plus), reporting tools (such as Power BI), and MS Office.

• A proactive personality with a drive to push things forward.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

• At least a BSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
