This position has two perspectives, first you will be building and driving operations team, so we are looking for a compassionate and empathetic person with great people management skills, also experienced in incident, change, release, report and stakeholder management as you will be communicating with other business units too.
Second, you will be monitoring and supporting production systems while implementing monitoring techniques, incident responses and overall delivering continuous documentation as well as performing RCA analysis, taking proactive measures and SLA management techniques to ensure technical support with pleasant experience for customers. 

If you have previous experience in DevOps or Site Reliability field, worked with Azure Native monitoring tools and cloud-based infrastructure, as well as:
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps). Skilled in developing new deployment pipelines and processes from scratch;
• Understanding all aspects of an application stack and associated technologies (Network, OS, Web, App, DB, Storage);
• Experience with configuration and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible);
• Containerization and distributed systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of possible Data Quality and Data Integrity issues in the systems;
• Ability to operate in high-stress situations like outages/multi P1s;
• Knowledge on VMs, Appservices, App Gateways, Keyvaults, Functions, PostgrSQL databases, VNETs, Logicapps, Log analytic queries KQL, App insights etc.;
• Knowledge of PHI/PI boundaries following HIPPA/secure share protocols would be a plus;
• Knowledge of system security and HITRUS standard would be a plus;
• Very good communication and English skills written and spoken.
