Your Responsibilities

  • Forecast business and industry trends. Create and implement a compelling business development strategy for Scandinavian market, working collaboratively with your team to ensure its successful execution.
  • Identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators that set Girteka Nordic apart in the logistics industry.
  • Secure new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and seamlessly integrating contract requirements with our business operations.
  • Strategically plan short-term and long-term goals for your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve and exceed targets.
  • Lead, coach and support our team of Business Development Managers, fostering their professional growth and success.
  • Ensure that the Business Development team represents Girteka Nordic with professionalism and excellence.

Our expectations

  • Extensive experience in international B2B sales and/or business development, preferably in industries like logistics, FMCG, retail, or similar.
  • Proven track record in sales team management (2+ years), team development, and mentoring, demonstrating your ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Showcase excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling challenges and achieving exceptional results.
  • Fluent in both English and Lithuanian, possessing strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
