We are looking for an AML officer to join Welcoming and Orchestration area, Customer Welcoming Quality Control team, which is responsible for onboarding process peer review and quality control.
Join our team and become a part of the first customer journey at the bank! You will be in charge of controlling, investigating, analysing, and evaluating the documentation and assessing the AML risks based on customer data. The position offers the possibility of working with global teams in an international environment. Our team consists of more than 16 people and is working with 4 (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) Scandinavian countries. To make your first months with us smooth, we promise you comprehensive onboarding with all the necessary training, dedicated buddy, and onboarding activities. You will work with a collaborative team led by the manager, who inspires others to succeed.

You will:
- Control, investigate, analyze, and evaluate the documentation and AML risks based on customer data
- Examine and assess KYC information according to CDD (customer due diligence) rules
- Cooperate with stakeholders in Lithuania and all Scandinavian countries
- Ensure high quality for business banking customers
- Support team members with daily tasks
- Take ownership of process- or improvement-related tasks within the team or department
- Collaborate with stakeholders on quality-related topics
About you:
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in back office, KYC, AML, or customer service area
- Solid customer service skills
- Analytical mindset and decision making skills
- Thoroughness, a high level of accuracy, and attention to details
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Data-oriented and the ability to process large volumes of tasks
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with a certain level of unknown
- Higher education degree
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1360 EUR to 2040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
