Job description

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships across various markets
  • Proactively engage in B2B sales efforts to acquire new clients
  • Innovate and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Conduct thorough market, client, and competitor analysis
  • Provide expert product consultations to clients

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the beauty industry wholesale sector
  • Strong analytical skills for effective market assessment
  • Proficiency in English and Russian; additional European language skills are a significant advantage
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to collaborate and share innovative ideas
