Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (English, Lithuanian and Russian)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
Be a role model of Yara's culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

Fluent/native in English
Good Russian and Lithuanian language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 1531 Eur to 2296 Eur/month gross (before taxes; language premium included; final offer depends on candidate's competencies)
