Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its' clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates Airbus A320 family and currently has 50+ aircraft in the fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the growth and further development of the company at our Vilnius office.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Organize and manage Engineering, Powerplant and Planning departments activities;

• Develop, create and keep updated procedures for continuing airworthiness management and activities

• Participate in analysis of effectiveness of the maintenance program;

• Control the reliability program and its implementation;

• Control and implement relevant measures mandated by local authorities and/or EASA;

• Be responsible for the management of safety, security risks in maintenance operations and decisions regarding its tolerability;

• Closely communicate and cooperate with Quality (and other) departments.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices;

• 5 years of relevant work experience;

• A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to the approving competent authority;

• Knowledge of A320, A320NEO type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course. Knowledge of other aircraft types would be considered as an advantage;

• Knowledge of maintenance methods and of applicable regulations.

• Knowledge of English language;

• HF, FTS, EWIS, SMS trainings.
