Currently we are looking for SUPERVISOR (FINNISH)!

Responsibilities

Build good relations with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all activities are in alignment with our SLAs
Providing and monitoring the day-to-day operations within the team (tracking backlog, reporting incidents, managing internal/external stakeholders, overseeing month end closing process)
Assisting Team in resolving emergencies, delegating tasks if needed
Work closely with Team Lead to ensure coverage of workflows in case of team member's absence, act as a backup if needed
Review and update SAP user procedures as necessary
Ensure team KPIs are met, be in line with key business objectives
Supervise colleagues within own team and outside to ensure high quality delivery
Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve supply chain related processes
Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities (e.g. SAP Super User, subject matter expert (SME), etc.)
Guiding, mentoring and training/cross-training assigned employees in their areas of work
Initiate and implement Continuous Improvement ideas, lead and participate in various projects

Profile

Fluent/native in English
Good Finnish language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Experience (1+ year) with customer service, transportation, logistics, planning and/or supply chain operations
Degree in related field: business management, transportation, logistics, planning etc.
Acknowledged achievements within the team
Excellent communicator able to train, guide and coach people
Problem-solver constantly looking for improvements
Proactive and self-driven, good stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse and prepare data
Embracing Yara values and a safe and inclusive work culture
SAP user experience would be an advantage

Salary range

We offer salary from 4011 Eur to 6017 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
