Currently we are looking for Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead (Fixed-Term 2 Years)

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead is responsible for leading, reviewing and overseeing the execution of Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities according to global accounting policies and procedures, agreed internal processes while ensuring high quality deliverables. Together with the team will drive alignment and continuous improvements within the processes.

Responsible for team's day-to-day performance
Leads the team in day-to-day execution of the process activities by ensuring high quality deliverables
Leads and manages team members performance and development, staffing and work allocations
Ensures team members engagement and development
Leads, facilitates and performs talents performance and potential assessments, career and performance development planning
Oversees and reviews smooth and accurate incoming payments process
Oversees and reviews correct and timely internal/external billing process
Oversees and reviews verification and reconciliation of Intercompany balances
Oversees and reviews internal and external audit procedures, initiate changes according to audit feedback
Oversees and reviews smooth month end closing process within agreed timeline
Leads and facilitates complex issues resolutions, provides advice to the business
Leads and ensures implementation of global accounting policies and procedures, agreed internal processes are implemented and followed

Profile

Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline)
Relevant and/or similar work experience within accounting field (minimum 4 years)
Solid OTC end-to-end process understanding. Knowledge and practice in IFRS
Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow
People management skills (team coaching and motivation)
Drive for creating high performance culture
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication

Salary range

We offer salary from 2674 Eur to 4011 Eur/month gross (before taxes; the final offer depends on candidate's competencies)
