About the role:

The role is accountable for the assistance with duties related to the review of the Tax and Transfer Pricing documentation as well as assisting with the preparation of Local Statutory Financial Accounts, ensuring that the local and corporate duties are met. The role will be part of the ICTC Cluster Europe Nordics and Baltics with Tax and Statutory activities for Mars and RC legal entities within Nordics and Baltics Countries, across 3 business segments, 14 legal entities, including 1 factory.

• Performs all activities related to corporate tax reporting for all business units in Nordics and Baltics countries and ensure that business units meet their corporate reporting obligations.
• Supports Tax managers with all local tax activities for all business units across all segments in Nordics and Baltics to ensure that business units meet their tax obligations.
• Supports with the delivery and review of transfer pricing documentation, coordinates the workflow with internal and external service providers. Reviews transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements to support TP transactions.
• Supports with the USGAAPs Mars primary books conversion to local statutory accounting books for all business units across all segments in Nordics and Baltics Cluster to ensure that business units meet their local accounting obligations.
• Supports with the preparation of all Local Statutory Financial Accounts for all business units in Nordics and Baltics Cluster with the support of external specialized service providers.
• Assists his colleagues with third party Audits of the Local Statutory Financial Accounts for all business units in Nordics and Baltics Cluster and ensure all information is timely provided.
