You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Drafting and review of a wide range of commercial agreements (including service agreements, supply agreements, NDA, LoI, MoU)
- Legal counselling and assistance to business teams with KYC & other compliance matters
- Assistance to the team on daily legal matters
- Liaise with legal advisors, regulators, management and other stakeholders on commercial legal matters.
Required for this position:
- Have a Master degree in law
- Have 3 years of experience
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
- Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
- Have ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize tasks.
