Accelerate the adoption of data – and utilise analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients!

The Data & Analytics team is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Banks Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with significant mandate and support. In the Data & Analytics change team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced communications and training professional who enjoys making the complex simple and will create world class yet effective solutions for a very important and prioritised area in the bank.

Within the D&A team, the change management team will comprise of 6 professionals including the Head of Change, based in Copenhagen and Vilnius. This newly formed team sits in one of the most foundational and important building blocks of the bank, working on programmes and initiatives that are highly prioritised by the ELT and business alike.

 The team is looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, is a digital native and keen to learn more about change management, while teaching the team more about digital tools and channels. The person needs to be organised and methodical, but also brings a creative and quirky side with them. They bring a great attitude, along with good communication and team skills, with a keen interest in people.

You will:

  • Develop and implement communications or training strategies and work plans, campaigns, events etc.
  • Create, design, write and edit content for change communications campaigns – including curating, sharing, scheduling and publishing content on the banks communication channels
  • Write and edit content, captions and storytelling including intranet posts and content for webinars, trainings etc.
  • Design graphic elements/layouts/short videos for communication/training materials
  • Develop actionable & targeted training plans that include the relevant change solutions. Design and develop suitable training materials
  • Support the set up the Change Management Office ensuring follow-up and alignment of change deliverables with project deliverables, and coordinating across workstreams and stakeholders
  • Assist in assessing change impact, change resistances, and conducting change impact analyses and all other change deliverables
  • Assist in the evaluation of communications, training, value harvesting and change adoption

About you:

  • Proven experience in digital communications, marketing, training or business change management, including design and delivery
  • Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Instructional Design, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology or a related discipline
  • 5+ years in digital communications, marketing, training or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in management consulting within a consulting firm would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe suite. Knowledge of other digital communication and training tools would be an advantage
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, solid communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders, and flexibility and expertise to work in ambiguous situations
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2320 EUR to 3480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
