Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Co-ordinating meetings
- Assisting with updating monthly newsletters and presentations
- Updating performance databases
- Assisting with investor queries
- Assisting with Fund Administrator queries
- Recording investor dealing
- Assisting with internal reporting
- Assisting with investor reporting
- Creating pre-meeting reports
Requirements
- 3-6 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel and PowerPoint
