HR Digital Lead
Are you passionate about shaping digital solutions that enhance employee experiences? RIMI Baltic is looking for a dynamic individual like you to continue the transformation of our digital people solutions and processes. As the Employee Experience Digital Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the journey for our 12,000 employees and 40,000 candidates annually.
You will collaborate with cross-competence teams in HR and IT (and other functions as relevant to your projects) and will lead our Candidate and Employee Digital Experience Team in a Product Owner capacity. Furthermore, we will entrust you with competence development for our HR Systems Key Users.

If You have:
- Higher Education in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee experience digital transformation, with a successful track record in implementing solutions within complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and personnel administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other employee experience-related technologies. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across functions and levels of the organization
- Hands on experience in people leadership through formal people management role, team/project leadership or otehr relevant experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a plus.
