Job description
The role will be a part of the growing Group IT function and refer to the Head of IT Service Delivery based in Denmark, and will work extensively with the local IT Onsite Support roles in all major markets to transition tasks to the new IT Shared Service Center in Vilnius. A significant part of the responsibility is to deliver a coherent, stable and energized IT Service Desk with English speaking team members, which will require good insights into all the markets supported. This will require some business travel to markets such as Denmark, Norway, Finland and The Netherlands.
Requirements
- If you have some of the following skillsets and experiences, you might be the team lead we need for this exciting journey:
- Familiarity with ITIL principles is essential. Preferably you have an ITIL certification. Focus should be on incident management, problem resolution, service request handling and change management.
- Experience with supporting IT infrastructure services such as PCs, Microsoft 365 platform, Windows servers and Cisco networks.
- You have a service mindset where the customer is at the center of all your decisions. Experience with first-line customer service is a requirement.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools and Contact Center solutions to effectively deliver a timely, coherent service within SLAs.
- Effective communication skills are the foundation of this role and you have to be able to work under pressure.
