Job description
- Formulate production goals, tasks, and strategy, assign tasks to bar managers, and monitor execution.
- Coordinate bar production processes among different bars for smooth manufacturing, productivity, and resource optimization; control the production plan, manage costs, and analyze results for reporting.
- Monitor the efficiency of material supply for production, analyze production activities, and propose improvements.
- Develop/improve the production management system by organizing the implementation of innovations.
- Initiate incentive and penalty systems for production employees.
- Participate in drafting the annual production plan with consideration for the company's budget.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, complemented by a strong leadership foundation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices to be able to share industry insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in the manufacturing/production fields for optimal production outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving in production.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth reporting to the stakeholders and management.
