You will be a part of the management team of 7 experienced leaders within Markets Services area. Your role will be to lead the department of 40+ team members, and ensure day-to-day support of derivatives and collateral management processes. You will have leaders of ETD Clearing and OTC Derivatives Services reporting into you. Also, you will directly lead Collateral Management team and will have a deputy for Head of Markets Services role. You will be responsible for prioritizing and driving process optimization initiatives, lean improvements and ensuring quality, delivery and other performance targets within supported product areas.

You will:
- Own Derivatives and Collateral services domain vision and roadmaps
- Team up with stakeholders in technology, business, and risks to make sure Derivatives and Collateral services are an integral part of relevant value chains and that necessary development and improvements get prioritized
- Act as the point of escalation on Derivatives and Collateral services inquiries, breaks investigations
- Engage, develop, coach, and motivate your team members in achieving the teams goals
- Ensure that all daily tasks are performed according to SLA agreements
- Drive innovation, re-engineer existing process to achieve process standardization and improvement in controls
- Drive post trade services automation to reduce risks & increase efficiency
- Participate in new business initiatives discussions, assess requirements, raise and assess risks, and formulate action plans for their mitigation
- Collaborate with external third parties and global vendors
About you:
- Experience in markets operations
- 2 years of leadership experience in the banking or finance-related sector
- Good understanding of derivatives and collateral value chain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and collaborative attitude
- Ability to make timely decisions with high attention to detail
- Ability to cope with intense workflow and a large amount of information
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4720 EUR to 7080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
